1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and w557 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). w557 operates an online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://w557.org, providing gaming and wagering services to eligible users including those based in Pakistan.

By accessing the w557 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by w557, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the w557 platform.

w557 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with w557, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. w557 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with international gaming regulations. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as members.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or address, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by w557 or any third-party responsible gaming organisation to which w557 subscribes.
• You must not have had a previous w557 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active w557 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether from the same device, IP address, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. w557 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any bonuses, free bets, or promotional winnings associated with them.

w557 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w557 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your w557 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified w557 of unauthorised access in accordance with the procedure set out below.

• You must notify w557 immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• w557 will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation to protect your funds.
• w557 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from w557 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your registered email address remains current and accessible, as w557 uses it for all account communications including security alerts.

w557 reserves the right to temporarily lock an account where suspicious activity is detected, pending further verification from the account holder. This is a protective measure and does not constitute a breach of this Agreement by w557.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

w557 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. w557 does not accept deposits from payment methods not listed on the platform at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your w557 account balance within approximately 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 4 hours depending on the sending institution. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be released.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have completed enhanced verification.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before real-money winnings derived from those bonuses can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• w557 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above stated thresholds.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your w557 account must match the name on the receiving payment method.

w557 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which w557 accepts no liability.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

w557 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before any winnings generated from those funds may be withdrawn. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements — check each promotion for the list of qualifying games.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and free bets expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: w557 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and exploiting errors in bonus configurations.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically stated in a promotion, members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously.
• Right to Withdraw: w557 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bets already placed under the terms of that promotion are honoured.

Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using automated tools, bots, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in bonus exploitation is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on w557 are subject to the specific rules for each sport, as published in the w557 sportsbook rules documentation, and to the general betting conditions in this section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted when w557 displays a confirmation reference on screen. In the event of a system error or communication failure during bet placement, w557's records shall be deemed definitive.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Where odds change between the time a bet is selected and the time it is submitted, the user will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel.
• Void Bets: w557 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, event cancellation, irregular betting patterns, or technical failures that materially affect the integrity of the market.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to available markets. w557 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets already accepted and confirmed will stand unless voided on grounds stated above.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply per sport and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and shall be enforced even if a higher-than-limit amount appears as a potential return before confirmation.
• Cricket & PSL Markets: All PSL cricket markets are governed by the official tournament result as declared by the Pakistan Super League governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned before a result is achievable, all bets on that match will be voided.

w557 takes no responsibility for losses arising from decisions made based on third-party statistics, tips, or advice. All wagering decisions are made at the sole risk of the member.

7 Casino Games

All casino games available on w557 — including slots, live casino tables, and instant-win products — are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own embedded rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published by the respective developer and is available upon request.

w557 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all outcomes in non-live games are completely random and free from manipulation. RNG systems are subject to periodic independent testing.

w557 reserves the right to remove or replace any game in its library at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific games, including Gates of Olympus and Prosperity Fortune Tree, may vary based on licensing, jurisdiction, or technical updates from the game provider.

Game malfunctions void all pays and play. w557 accepts no liability for losses arising from software malfunctions beyond our reasonable control, including failures originating within the game provider's systems.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the w557 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit games or promotions.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multi-player game environment.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit w557's odds across multiple platforms or accounts.
• Using a w557 account for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information, creating accounts on behalf of third parties, or allowing third parties to operate your account.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the w557 platform's technical infrastructure.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through an exploit must be reported to w557 immediately and will be voided pending investigation.
• Using the w557 platform to conduct any transaction that violates applicable Pakistani law or international sanctions.

w557 reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies against any individual found to have engaged in fraudulent conduct that causes financial harm to the platform or to other users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the w557 platform — including but not limited to the w557 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of w557 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the w557 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any w557 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on w557 content.
• Use any w557 branding or trademarks in a manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Frame or embed any part of the w557 platform on a third-party website.

Any unauthorised use of w557 intellectual property may result in legal action. Reports of suspected infringement should be directed to [email protected].

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w557 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity.

w557 makes no warranty that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. w557 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

In all cases where w557 is found to be liable, the maximum aggregate liability of w557 to any individual member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

w557 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is available at w557.org/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

w557 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and gaming history for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and improving the platform experience. w557 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

You have the right to request access to the personal data w557 holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to any legal retention obligations w557 must comply with. Such requests should be submitted to [email protected].

12 Responsible Gaming

w557 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all members. We provide a suite of tools designed to help members maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are accessible at any time from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from the w557 platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum period specified at the time of the request.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during gaming sessions summarising your activity and current balance.

w557 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where we have reason to believe that a member's gambling behaviour may be causing harm to themselves or others, regardless of whether that member has requested such restrictions.

13 Account Closure

You may close your w557 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within 5 business days.

w557 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term of this Agreement, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within the time period specified by w557.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• A court order or regulatory direction requiring closure of the account.

Where an account is closed by w557 due to a material breach of this Agreement, w557 reserves the right to withhold any balance attributable to the breach, including bonuses and associated winnings. Real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will be returned net of any amounts legitimately owed to w557.

14 Amendments

w557 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, w557 will provide reasonable notice to registered members via email to the address on file or via a notification displayed upon login. Non-material amendments (such as formatting corrections or minor clarifications) may be made without specific notice.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is always displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the w557 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.

15 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of w557 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by an authorised representative of w557.

16 Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the international gaming regulations under which w557 holds its operating licence.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, account decision, or any other matter, members should follow the steps below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute in writing to [email protected], providing your username, the date and details of the disputed event, and the outcome you are seeking. w557 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: w557's compliance team will conduct a full internal review of the dispute and issue a written determination within 5 business days. Where additional information is required, this period may be extended by a further 5 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter to an independent dispute resolution body. Details of applicable escalation channels are provided in the written determination issued at Step 2.
